On December 18, a group of about 50 students from various DC area high schools came to the French Embassy for the screening of Apocalypse, a documentary about the First World War, which started a hundred years ago in 1914. Mr. Arnaud Guillois, Spokesperson of the French Embassy, welcomed them upon their arrival at the screening.

After the projection, they also had the opportunity to meet with Lucien Stervinou, a French WWII veteran (and president of the Comité Tricolore, a French Veterans’ association), for an exchange about his experience as a soldier during the Second World War.
