The new year ushers in the event that foodies all over the world are waiting for: the Michelin Guide’s latest restaurant rankings.

Highly anticipated by chefs and food critics, the little red book created in 1900 for the country’s first motorists has become the go-to guide for gourmets everywhere, and the stars it awards (or takes away) can make or break restaurants.

Here are France’s 54 new stars for 2016:

2 new Michelin three-stars for 2016
10 new Michelin two-stars for 2016
42 new Michelin one-star for 2016
