Bernard Kouchner, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, had a meeting with Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and Turkish Member of Parliament, on Tuesday, 28 September.

This initiative, which will be monitored, will be coordinated with the European Union.
Bernard Kouchner and Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu also discussed the political situation in the Balkans.
