France greatly regrets the refusal of the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles to c ommute the sentence of Mr. Troy Davis.
It asks , once last time, the prosecutor and the authorities of Georgia to stop his execution, given the real and serious doubts remaining as to the guilt of Mr. Troy Davis.
By executing a convicted prisoner whose culpability carries serious doubts, they would commit an irreparable fault.
