Washington, DC, June 8 2012.

On June 8, 2012, 18 children and their teachers from Capitol Hill Montessori School at Logan, a public school in Washington D.C., visited the residence of the Ambassador of France to the United States.

Mrs. Sophie L’Hélias-Delattre, the Ambassador’s wife, gave them a personal tour of the mansion. The students then performed several theater, dance and music shows.

The day was part of the Embassy Adoption Program, a partnership between the cultural services of the Embassy of France in the U.S., along with other diplomatic missions, and D.C. public schools.

Mrs. Sophie L’Hélias-Delattre, the Ambassador’s wife, gave students a tour of the Residence.
