The French President utterly condemns the brutal murder of 21 Egyptian nationals, hostages of Daesh [ISIL] in Libya.
He denounces the terrorists’ incitement to murder and religious hatred. He expresses his concern given the expansion of operations by Daesh [ISIL] to Libya and recalls the determination of France and its allies to combat this group.
The French President extends his sincere condolences to the Egyptian people and shares in the national mourning President Sisi declared in Egypt./.
