The agenda will include: global economic prospects, policies to promote growth and employment, development assistance and climate financing.

Thursday, April 16

- 3:05 pm: Arrival at Washington Dulles Airport (9:05 pm local time in Paris)

- 6:30 pm: G20 meeting: "Global Economy and Framework"

- 8:30 pm: Dinner to be attended by the G20 finance ministers and central bank governors

Friday, April 17

- 8:30 am: G20 meeting followed by family photo

- 1:00 pm: Lunch to discuss climate financing and development

- 4:30 pm: “Early Warning Exercise”

Saturday, April 18
- 8:00 am: Breakfast meeting with the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) followed by family photo

- 10 :00 am: IMFC plenary meeting 
- 1:00 pm: Lunch with the Development Committee followed by family photo
- 2 :30 pm: Development Committee plenary meeting 
- 4:00 pm: Press conference (10:00 pm local time in Paris)

- 5:00 pm: Depart for Washington Dulles Airport

On the sidelines of the annual meetings, the minister will meet with:
- Ukrainian finance minister Natalia Geresko
- Chinese finance minister Lou Jiuwei
- Indian finance minister Arun Jaitley
- IMF director Christine Lagarde
- World Bank president Jim Yong Kim

The Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank are held twice a year in Washington, DC, where these institutions are headquartered. The event brings together G20 finance and development ministers and governors of the central banks, as well as academics, corporate leaders and civil society representatives.

Discussions cover such topics as global financial stability, jobs and growth, economic development, the fight against poverty, etc.
