08:45am – Visit to the farm owned by David Brandt (example of carbon storage in soil)

11:30am – Panel discussion on “Research on carbon sequestration in soils: a priority for France” attended by Ohio State University students

01:00pm – Lunch attended by American farmers focusing on tools to manage agricultural risks in the United States (dairy and field crops)


Sunday, June 28 – New York

10:30am – Ceremony to award the insignia of Chevalier in the Ordre du Mérite agricole to Dominique Ansel (owner of Dominique Ansel Bakery)

12:00pm – Inauguration of the French stands at the Summer Fancy Food Show


Monday, June 29 – New York

08:00am – Breakfast with representatives of French agriculture businesses operating in the United States

10:00am – Meeting with Janos Pasztor, UN Assistant Secretary-General on Climate Change

02:30pm – Signing of an agreement between the cities that are part of the Urban School Food Alliance and INTERFEL (Inter-Branch Association of the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Industry) to hold Fraich’attitude week in schools
