President Hollande welcomes the adoption by the various stakeholders in Burkina Faso of a Charter of the Transition that will lead the country to presidential elections.
He congratulates Michel Kafando on his appointment as interim leader during this transition.
France stands alongside Burkina Faso during this critical period of its history.
